Welcome to Isshinryu Okinawa Traditional Karate-Do Association of Dillsburg, PA!

Our Karate school is dedicated to the education of traditional Isshinryu practitioners.  Please take your time browsing our website.  Our senior student is Master Rod Crimmins.  Feel free to check out his biography.   He is an active board member of the IOTKA. (www.iotka.com)

Isshinryu was originally founded by Grand Master Tatsuo Shimabuku in Okinawa, Japan.  The style is well known for its distinctive patch as well as its revolutionary fighting style.  For more information, please visit the History of Isshinryu portion of our website.

Our Masters and students as well as affiliated dojos have spent many years travelling to Okinawa, tournaments, and seminars to advance their education and promote the legacy of Tatsuo Shimabuku.  Our Photo Album has quite a few great pictures of these events.

We hope you find our website helpful and educational.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or sign our Guestbook.

We have pictures from Master Uechi's August 14th and 15th Seminars and Shiai! Many more will be coming shortly, including the August 7th and 16th seminars!  Thank you to all the 100+
participants for making Uechi Sensei's visits a great success!  Pictured below:  We had many IOTKA Officers at the Stafford Dojo on August 14th.
